We’ve Been Busy: Fresh Food Hits Willows Vending
The photo above captures what the past several months have looked like at Willows Vending: stacks of containers, colorful labels, new recipes, plenty of testing, and two very excited business owners learning something new almost every day.
We are thrilled to share that Willows Vending has received its food repackaging license, allowing us to repackage fresh, refrigerated meals and snacks for our vending locations.
This is a major milestone for our small business. It means we can offer more than the traditional vending-machine lineup. Alongside familiar drinks and packaged favorites, we can now stock fresh options made specifically for the Willows Vending community, including hoagies, salads, snack boxes, dips, parfaits, and other convenient grab-and-go foods.
Community Collaboration and INNOVATION
Learning, Growing, and Building with Purpose
At Willows Vending, every step of the journey has come with a lesson.
Some lessons come from experience. Some come from trial and error. And some come from sitting in a room with other business owners, listening to their stories, and realizing that growth rarely follows a perfectly straight line.
We recently had the opportunity to attend an event hosted by the Greater Wyoming Valley Chamber and the Wilkes University Small Business Development Center, and we left feeling inspired, encouraged, and reminded of something every entrepreneur needs to hear:
Stick to the plan, but stay flexible.
